Project Management: Revpar International - Turned around a conference center owned by the AFL - CIO that had lost $2M during the year. Generated $1.5M in sales in just 3 months and stemmed member losses.
Strategy Planning: Meyer Jabara Hotels - Served as General Manager of this 122 room hotel. Developed and executed new management model, improved transient and group sales by 5%, improved service, implemented revenue management strategy and developed capital expenditure plan for 1-3 years.

General Manager - Crystal City Marriott, Arlington, VA (2001 - 2008)
Managed a 343 room hotel with a staff of 25 managers and 225 employees and an annual budget of $23M. Headed up capital expenditure planning of $3M and a guestroom renovation project of $10M. Performed due diligence for Marriott International and additional hotels.
