SUMMARY
The MBA program at Utah State University is a dynamic and challenging program that
requires a lot of attention to detail and interaction with students. With my background in
the customer service, I feel I have the skills, attitude, enthusiasm, creativity, and efficiency
to provide the requisite leadership to MBA students and faculty.

Leadership
Self-starting professional capable of managing a wide range of organizational functions and
consistently producing quality work. Able to lead in a fast-paced environment, consistently
prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, while valuing those under my umbrella of
supervision.
Resolve issues that arise for MBA students, MBA faculty, and PAC staff
Successfully manage the graduation process for over 200 MBA students
Provide leadership and support for programmatic issues, including program
delivery, advising, graduation, registration, event coordination, logistics for one of
the MBA international trip and travel to ensure a quality MBA experience for both
students and faculty
Program Development and Delivery
Proactive communicator with motivation to ensure a natural evolution of the MBA program.
Organize events for the Huntsman MBA Office
Facilitate delivery of MBA courses at multiple sites
Develop documents utilized in the Huntsman MBA Office for advising
purposes (i.e., orientation booklets, student checklists, programs of study,
and specialization applications)
Manage registration for over 200 MBA students on a semester basis
Update and maintain the USU MBA website
Recruitment
Friendly and helpful face, always prepared to answer questions, believing there is nothing
outside my job description.
Attend graduate fairs to answer questions for potential graduate students at USU
Inform, guide, and encourage prospective and current students during their MBA
careers
