Analyzed Full Motion Video (FMV) from Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance System (MARRS) and Warrior Alpha aircraft, and disseminated imagery-intelligence across the Combined Joint Operations Area of Afghanistan (CJOA-A). Developed Multi-Intelligence based products with emphasis on Positive Identification (PID) of Anti-Afghan Forces (AAF) locations. Identified insurgent (INS) activities to include IED emplacement, weapons smuggling from known and unknown routes, and increased the expansion of actionable intelligence on innumerable compounds during operations throughout Regional Command South (RC-S) and Southwest (RC-SW). Utilized and cross cued MULTI-INT to analyze and assist in developing targets through the interdiction of hostile insurgent activities. Applied Fill Motion Video (FMV) and MULTI-INT capabilities to facilitate near real time target development, formulate patterns of life, provide indication and warning of possible attacks on Coalition Forces, report terrorist network hot spots, develop intelligence on compounds of interest, and locate and report on cache sites.

Utilized Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS) imagery through forensic analysis to develop Imagery Derived Products (IDP) in addressing conventional and unconventional requests for intelligence (RFI) throughout Afghanistan. Identified numerous Taliban IED networks throughout Kandahar and Helmand Province with specific emphasis on the production and distribution of Home Made Explosives (HME). Discovered and supported in the extraction of Taliban members who partake in narcotics trafficking throughout Regional Command South (RC-S). Identified and exposed over 3500lbs of (HME) related materials and examined specific areas of operations in relation to nefarious terrorist activities in the region. Created IDPs for Significant Activity (SIGACT) reports, Pattern of Life (POL) analysis, and performed IED forensic analysis to recognize and react accordingly in regards to dynamic situations on the battlefield. Cross cued Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets to enhance the capabilities of multi layering intelligence derived platforms. Directed and proposed Constant Hawk schemes of maneuver (SOM) based on previously assessed intelligence reporting. Assisted in the creation of the Network Analysis Team (NAT), tasked to blend WAPS data and intelligence reporting to be displayed in a geospatial environment, allowing customers to easily view a previously unmapped and unidentified network operating within an Area of Operation (AO).

Planned and recommended over 105 requests for Full Motion Video derived intelligence products creating a more defined perspective to the battlefield for International Joint Operations. Executed over 350+ missions as FMV (Full Motion Video) analyst for PSDS2 operations. Utilized over 4000 hours of full motion video from all UAV and UAS assets to perform exploitation of over 350+ International Joint Operations resulting in 400+ imagery products. Liaised with theater- and national-level experts to bring innovative tactics, techniques and procedures into use in the imagery intelligence discipline in Afghanistan theatre. Forged new working relationships with National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), and USCENTCOM. Worked extensively with NATO coalition partners, including the French, Italians, Polish, Norwegians, Germans, Belgians, Canadians and British.

Provided 3200 hours of Predator/Reaper full motion video exploitation of 25 named OEF Operations resulting in over 150+ imagery products. Produced intelligence by exploiting imagery to include visible, infrared, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), with Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) and geospatial data. Provided coordination and exploitation leading to the elimination and the capture of numerous insurgents/terrorists in the CENTCOM area of operations. Coordinated 60 successful hellfire strikes. Created Full Motion Video highlight clips to provide BDA and further study for future engagements. Provided BDA Exploitation on 135 strike targets. Exploited over 40 HVI compounds and top tier command compounds as well as possible escapes routes along Regional Command East. Completed over 500 requests for geospatial intelligence creating more than 1,000 imagery products overall during OEF IV. Populated imagery intelligence databases, and produced imagery products in relation to Helicopter Landing Zones, environmental concerns to local populace, battle damage assessments (BDA) and IED exploitation.
