Program Management Office (PMO) Definition and Implementation

Designed and implemented processes and tools to improve innovation management, program management, project management and customer expectation management on a $7 Million project portfolio for the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Strategic Analysis. This effort improved operational efficiency, transparency and overall collaboration within the organization.

Sales and Back-Office Automation Process Improvement and Custom Application Development

As the Leader for a business-critical 31-project Program, helped define the vision and product roadmap for the client. Managed and executed strategy, process improvement and custom web application development projects. Managed teams of 5-12 members including client resources, vendors, local and offshore contractors. Information Management Strategy

Worked with the Director of Strategic Analysis of a regional mid-market healthcare company to assess and recommend improvements to better align information management with the organization strategy. Presented findings to the senior executive team along with recommended projects.

Tax Process Improvement

Oversaw the documentation and design of a business critical tax process for a large Mining company using lean six sigma techniques to reduce tax penalties and business continuity risk due to lack of cross-training.

Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Transformation Program

Worked with the Six Sigma Master Black Belts at a heavy industrial equipment manufacturing company to assess process inefficiencies and develop a lean six-sigma transformation program. The program included all the lean six-sigma projects to transform the maintenance parts division into a more efficient and agile team.

Operational Efficiency Improvement Program

Worked with the VP of Strategic Development to manage a program to improve end-to-end operations of a Life Sciences company. Project Managed initiatives that implemented front office and back office processes at all of 51 branch offices in key organization processes such as customer care; training; safety; talent management; succession planning; and, Standard Operating Procedure development and maintenance.

Procurement Process Improvement

Worked with a large Fortune 500 retailer to improve the procurement processes for the store building division. Standardized and simplified process documentation and delivered training on the processes to all team employees.

J.D. Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation

Led the Manufacturing, Inventory Management and Custom Development project teams on multiple ERP implementations (J.D. Edwards) in Oil & Gas, Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing. Implementations included process improvement, system design and configuration and custom development.
