Airway is a CNC Facility, that produces hydraulic fittings. I started as a

operator, was promoted to lead operator, promoted to supervision.

Worked for Airway 3 times during the years stated above. Left Airway's

employment for a year and a half, due to family emergency.

Was re-hired and promoted to Lead Operator

Was laid-off from Airway for a year, during the economic downturn. Was Re hired and promoted to 2nd Shift Supervisor.

I began with Eaton as a Drop Forge Press Operator, that lead to implementing robotic's to the forge press operation. Which lead to working on CNC Lathes. Progressed to a transfer to the new Eaton Supercharger Plant in Athens, Georgia.

Started as a operator, promoted to Lead Tech on floor.

My primary roll with the company was to trouble shoot any challenges the operators might have. Whether that be tooling, programming, or

with the work piece.

EQUIPMENT: HAAS Lathes, SL/20, SL/30, TL/15, 3 Axis Mills and probes.

EMCO Lathes, 365, and 500 models.

Nakamura Toma dual spindles and dual turrets.

PROGRAM: Most familiar with Mastercam programming.
