Responsible for responding to guest emails sent to the booking.com website in regards to hotel reservations they had place through the Priceline.com website in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I spoke to tow station dispatch teams and drivers once the Estimated Time of Arrival had expired, should it have changed, I them would notify the member.

It was necessary to call the police in certain occasions when due to the weather, the member's safety was in danger has storms caused 4 to 7 hours delays.

The tow stations had contract with police department that 911 calls took precedence over our members so adjustments need to be made for those situations.

AAA members would call in for a 5 to 100 mile tow, tire change, locksmith, flat tire change, fuel delivery and jumpstarts should their battery have died.

I made suggestions as to rental agencies & full service repair shops, connecting members to hotels, and tow stations in an effort to get them back on the road and to their destination as safely and quickly as possible.
