Created and maintained inbound and outbound Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources integrations using Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL packages, Linux shell scripts, concurrent programs, executables, request sets, custom Oracle tables, database links, and Oracle common lookups; also provided troubleshooting and found solutions for Oracle OAB applications issues. Acted as IT liaison to (Aimco) Payroll, Benefits and HR business users while performing all roles in development life cycle. Major contributor to annual Aimco Benefits Open Enrollment via development of new benefits integrations which included full systems testing with QA, business users and vendor contacts. Acted in supervisory role over Lawson contractor/developer, providing technical leadership and direction for team. Responsibilities included the management of Lawson projects, such as annual Benefits Open Enrollment changes, the application of Lawson upgrades and patches, development of new integrations with other internal or external systems, quarterly and annual performance counseling and reviews, and collaboration with business user community and other IT/S teams. Acted as lead analyst, designer and developer for the team, performing troubleshooting of custom and Lawson proprietary code and the development of custom enhancements, such as 401k non-discrimination testing and new benefits integrations to health/dental and flexible spending third party providers.

Programmer/Analyst II III, Insignia Financial Group/Aimco, Inc. Greenville, SC, 02/97-07/04. Programmer/Analyst for Lawson Human Resource Management System (6.2, 7.1, 7.2), paying over 6000 employees in more than 40 states. Worked in liaison role with Payroll and HR business users to troubleshoot issues and develop new custom solutions for Lawson system using Cobol, CLP and AS.400 query languages. Solutions included: new custom interfaces to ancillary systems; inbound and outbound; internal and external; such as Aimco intranet time card system, Aimco performance management system, Peoplesoft financials system, and new third party benefits providers. Also functioned as the project manager and technical lead for annual Benefits Open Enrollments making all configuration changes in Benefits module, modified Lawson employee self service web pages using Javascript, and coordinated all benefits plan year transition activities with business users and Computer Operations. Additional projects were: data conversions and code modifications for Lawson 6.2 to 7.1 upgrade; project manager and sole technician for two major BSI Tax upgrades; implementation of Aimco security policy on the iSeries through the remediation of object security, authorization lists, and security classes, and; documentation of all Lawson technical processes as requested by Security Officer.
