I graduated from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute in Coos Bay, Oregon recently under instruction of Chef Darrell Folck and will be finishing my externship (internship) as of December of 2012 at the Divine Cupcake in Eugene, Oregon.
I am looking to relocate to Pensacola, Florida, my goal is to be there by Christmas.
I would prefer a full time job, but will consider other hours.
I have experience with plated desserts, cakes (buttercream and fondant), chocolate, sugar work, bread, high pressure situations, and large events. I can send you a portfolio.
I am quick to learn, and follow directions well. I have references to back that up.
Cake & cupcake shops welcome! (They are my favorite thing to do, but does not mean I dont like doing other things)
I have no problem with relocation.
Looking for someone to give me a chance to prove myself, I am across country so an in person interview would be hard, I am open to email, phone calls and skype.
If you were to hire me I would understandably accept a 30 day probation. (Hire me and in 30 days if I do not meet your standards then let me go)
I am very confident and passionate about baking.
