As a Proposal Analyst II my duties included: Completion of assigned proposal projects in a timely and accurate manner. These projects included requests for additional information, proposal support for external and internal clients, assisting other analysts when necessary to complete a proposal on time, revising standard proposal materials, and various PMAPs update projects. Performed traffic coordinator duties for proposal unit keeping PMAPs (proposal answer database) and SalesLogix updated and current and kept a log of all RFPs received and completed. Also was responsible for updating and adding new answers to the proposal database as necessary.
Duties as Proposal Assistant included the following job functions: Assembled RFP and RFI binders; determined appropriate number of binders required, produced custom binder covers and spines, formatted and printed proposal cover letters, printed or located required exhibits and/or attachments, assembled binders with tabs, table of contents and all exhibits/attachments as required or requested, prepared Federal Express and/or UPS shipping request forms, boxed binders for shipment, ensured delivery of parcel(s) to mailroom personnel or Federal Express/UPS for shipping. Another integral part of this position was keeping the proposal exhibits/attachments current and up-to-date, maintained an adequate supply of attachments that could not be found electronically and maintained a spreadsheet of all attachments and kept this spreadsheet updated as new attachments became available. Duties as Sales Associate included supporting four external sales representatives with all administrative functions of my previous position.
