Polaris Program - Currently managing the Merchandising Project within the Polaris Program. The Polaris Program is a new implementation of the delta.com website including new infrastructure, architecture, applications and design elements.

Polaris will incorporate many new applications and features intended to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Leading the Merchandising effort which includes the implementation of the Datalex tool intended to manage an extensive list of Delta and third party products available to our customers.

Staffing ATS Solution - Lead the implementation of the Taleo system, an ASP solution for applicant tracking to replace the eTracking system currently in place at Sun Trust. The implementation is a critical step for Human Resources, which has had several systems in the past and is now facing a non-compliance issue with the current implementation.

Lead a team of 49 technical and business resources, as well as a vendor group.

* Successfully managed the project resources and scope to enable the project to remain within budget and still deliver the requested solution on schedule.

Asset and Liability Management Project Phase I - Lead a mission critical project to implement an application designed to provide the Treasury Group with critical data needed to forecast and manage on a day to day basis the entire Sun Trust balance sheet. It involved data interfaces from all legacy Sun Trust systems to the ASP application. This was an expedited project due to current economic conditions.

Lead a team consisting of 28 technical and business resources, as well as a vendor group.

* Inherited a project that was already behind in schedule and had 4 prior project managers; successfully implemented it on schedule and within budget.

* Took the initiative to pull the team together in a war room to allow for free discussion and resolution of issues as they arose to improve the timeline of the project which was extremely complex involving critical calculations.

SERP Implementation - Continued on project after becoming a permanent employee of Sun Trust Banks, Inc.

SERP Implementation - Spearhead a highly-visible implementation project involving a data warehouse for risk-adjusted information. Ensure that the data warehouse solution is aligned with the new Basel II Regulatory requirements. Provide leadership to a dynamic team consisting of 25 technical and business resources, as well as 2 vendor groups.

Direct all aspects of the project, including managing the completion of all governance and regulatory requirements, as well as overseeing project resources, requirements and budget.
