Catalyst Grant, 2004. This grant for $6,000 will support the
dissemination of the Maryland Teacher Technology Standards.

Catalyst Grant, 2004. This grant for $50,000 will support the
use of handheld computers by preservice students during their
internship. They will use the handhelds to make data driven
decisions to improve reading achievement.
Summer 2003 Director: Sub-grant of Maryland State
Department of Education's USDE PT3 Catalyst Grant. This
$12,533 grant supported development of an electronic portfolio
process within the education department.
2002-2003 Director: Salisbury University Mentor
Grant. This $5615 grant examined the use of handheld
computers in K-16 classrooms.
2000-present Director: USDE PT3 Implementation Grant
2000-2003. This $752,295 grant supported three
goals: redesign of teacher education curriculum,
implementation of electronic portfolios, integration of
technology into field experiences.
1999-August 2002 Partner: Maryland State Department of
Education's PT3 Catalyst. This grant supported the
development of Maryland Teacher Technology Standards,
performance assessments, and rubrics.
1999 - August 2002 Director: Sub-grant of Maryland State
Department of Education's USDE PT3 Catalyst Grant
1999-2001. This $82,900 grant provided hardware and
support staff to pilot and implement Maryland Teacher Technology
Standards at Salisbury University.
