During my career at Valley sales I have assisted customers via email and by phone for scheduling appointments and also communicating with them when it was time to drop off there vehicle. I would create a work order with the information that the technicians would use to diagnose the concerns. I would route the work orders to the technicians. After the concerns were diagnosed I would discuss with the customers to explain the problems with there vehicle and the cost of repairing it. After the repairs were finished I would re-call the customer, to inform them there vehicle was completed. I also used a facility tracking system to keep accurate records of completed repairs. I was also able to assist with repairs of customers vehicles when needed, which created a great customer relationship and high work ethic standards. I successfully managed a team of 6 Technicians and 2 Auto Detailer's.

After some time and experience I was able to analyze no start automobiles and performed heaver repairs I.E. transmissions and engine repairs. I was also trained to operate towing vehicles for towing and recovery for accident and or non-operating vehicles.
