Primary Skills/Experience:

During my UHS career, I have grown into a resource role as well as a leader for my co workers and am frequently contacted while not on duty to share my insight with workers who have less experience in medical equipment sales and service for guidance in situations when a member of management is not available. Due to my extensive knowledge and experience, I was asked to serve as an Employee Mentor, to help ensure the success of employees new to UHS policies, procedures, and missions. Due to my long tenure at UHS, I have gained valuable insight into company operations and have developed relationships with employees in other offices that have proven invaluable in sharing information and can often assist co workers in completing tasks in a more time efficient and fiscally responsible manner. Also due to my long tenure at UHS, I have become familiar with our many clients and their equipment preferences and have become better able to provide equipment that best meets their needs and in a timely manner. As a result of my deliveries and phone conversations, I have met and become familiar with the personnel at our various client facilities and have been able to forge positive and productive relationships with them. On numerous occasions I have been able to work with our customers and have helped them understand which equipment needs they have and have offered solutions to these needs. I would prove to be a dedicated leader if given an account location who will demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication to company missions and values, and demonstrate leadership skills that inspire those below me to emulate not only in their work environment, but also in their lives.
