Premier Properties d/b/a Century 21 Premier Properties was a Real Estate company located in Ripley WV and Mason WV.

As broker / owner I was responsible for all Realtors who worked for this company. It was my job to ensure each Realtor had the right tools in which to help their clients evaluate the proper way to list or buy their home, acreage, or commercial Real Estate. We conducted monthly sales meetings and offered continuing education on all products provided by Century 21 International. Other responsibilities included the daily duties of managing two offices. This division was closed in April 2011 due to the decline in the housing market.

A Family Cinema was a duplex movie cinema in Ripley. This division was closed in February 2012 due to fire and smoke damage.
