Aircraft Block D Radar real-time embedded software. Unit tested utilizing the

A-12 HOL debug and console simulator. Incorporated several TLCSCs (MODES)

software change requests (SCRs) into the F-16 Multirole Fighter Fire Control

Radar, AN/APG-68 8050 Operational Flight Program (OFP), targeting the 1750A

processor. Integration testing completed on the Radar Test Bench. Coding in

Jovial (J73). Utilized the Automated Configuration Control System (ACCS).

Completed the AN/ALQ-164 Radar Familiarization Course, the APG-68 Radar

Computer Software Course and the Software Engineering Process Organization

(SEPO) Work Product Inspections Course. Ported Vax based FORTRAN 66 and C

AN/ALQ-131 Blue Tape Generator/Pre-Flight Message Generator (BTG/PFMG)

electronic counter measures (ECM) pod software to IBM PC FORTRAN 90 Windows

environment. Revised existing code and coded new modules as required,

utilizing Windows NT, Microsoft FORTRAN PowerStation Developer Studio and

Microsoft Visual C++ Developer Studio. Used WinRT toolkit to handle port I/O,

memory I/O and interrupts from C/C++ code.

Tasked with software requirements and preliminary design for the Oceanic

Display and Planning System (ODAPS) portion of the Oceanic System Development

and Support (OSDS) program. Software requirements and design were done in

accordance to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace

System Manage Documents (NAS-MDs). Requirements/preliminary design reflected

the ability to decrease Oceanic Separation standards. This task involved

interfacing with Air Traffic Services (ATS), Oceanic Data Link (ODL), ATS

Interfacility Data Communications (AIDC), Automatic Dependent Surveillance

(ADS), and Controller/Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) requirement

groups. Performed the task of moderating the 10% and 90% redline reviews of

the various requirements and preliminary design documents. Developed a

requirement's traceability matrix for the System/Subsystem Specification (SSS)

that spanned across the various interfaces and traced back to the original

Operational Requirements Document (ORD).

2/1995

- 7/1996McDonnell Douglas Aerospace

St. Louis, MO

Tasked with the design, code and Computer Software Unit (CSU), Computer

Software Component (CSC) and Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) level

testing of real-time embedded software for the Sea Standoff Land Attack

Missile (Sea SLAM) targeting the Advanced Architecture Micro Processor (AAMP),

the Harpoon Weapon Interface Unit (HWIU) targeting the MC68000, and the

Harpoon Airlaunch Command and Launch System (HACLCS II). Coding in Jovial

J73/I, C/C++ and ADA. Participated in the software requirement's documentation

of the Standoff Land Attack Missile Expanded Response (SLAMER).

Positioning System (GPS) software for the P_Code Miniature Integrated GPS

Inertial Tactical System (P-MIGITS), GPS Embedded Modules (GEMI, GEMII), GPS

Inertial Navigation Assembly (GINA) and the independent research and

development project Accelerated Correlator Engine (ACE). Coding in Jovial

J73/I and ADA targeting the Collins Adaptive Processing System (CAPS) and

Advanced Architecture Micro Processor (AAMP). The CAPS, Computer Development

Systems (CDS85 & CDS90) and Simulation and Evaluation System (SEVS), were used

to test the developed GPS systems.
