SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
National Delivery Manager, PSC. August 2000 to present
As a
national delivery manager, I have led project teams in the delivery of
e-Commerce sites for manufacturing organizations in the great lakes area. In
managing these projects I was responsible for ensuring quality deliverables,
issue resolution, change control, and the profitability of the projects with on
time - on budget team performance. The IFS ERP package was the foundation for
these projects
I am also responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and
generating new delivery opportunities with prospects and clients of PSC.
Practice Manager, Oracle Corporation, January 1999 to August 2000
I developed and managed a strong technical staff that delivered business
solutions to clients using the Oracle Application suite. These solutions
contained extensions, customizations, interfaces, and data conversions for
implementations meeting client business requirements.
During my time at Oracle, I developed effort estimates, prepared proposals,
presented proposals, negotiated contracts and managed projects. Included in
these projects were:
An estimate of the effort required for data conversions and interfaces from a
legacy ERP system into the Oracle application suite for a Steel Company in the
southern suburbs of Chicago.
Estimated the effort and built the project plan for a fast food corporation in
the western suburbs of Chicago. The project implemented selected Oracle
Applications and the interfaces required for passing invoice data between the
legacy systems and the Oracle Financial applications. The project also included
a customization effort using the Oracle Workflow product.
Staffed and managed the project for the same fast food corporation at their
Sydney Australia location. I located and brought a local project manager on to
the project and rolled off to return to the United States.
Practice Manager, Oracle Corporation, January 1999 to August 2000 (cont.)
Worked as the Conversions and Interface Project Manager in the Program Office
for an internal Oracle project that implemented the Oracle CRM service modules
for use by the Oracle Support Services.
Estimated, planned, staffed, and managed a project for a division a fast food
corporation in Denver, Co. The project was a team effort with Andersen
Consulting that implemented Oracle Financial Applications with customizations
to workflow for invoice approval and PO preparation using the Oracle BOL
(Oracles ASP facility) platform.
Managed a project team at a major health sciences university in Portland,
Oregon during the final stage of implementation of an Oracle ERP solution. The
client had a hard and fast production date that required the implementation to
be completed between March and June 2000.
Managed a project team at a clinic in Sioux Falls South Dakota that brought an
implementation of an Oracle ERP solution into compliance with client
expectations. The original implementation took place in late, 1999. The client
was not able to manage the system and asked Oracle Consulting to come back and
resolve over 130 issues that were preventing the client from completing
standard business processes.
In addition to the accomplishments listed above, I worked with several sales
teams in developing proposals for iProcurement, iDiscovery, Portals, and full
ERP Solutions
.
Practice and Resource Director, DMR Consulting Group1995-1999
As Practice and Resource Director, I was responsible for hiring, developing and
deploying consultants to projects throughout a 9 state region. I also assisted
in developing project plans and staffing proposals for projects throughout the
region.
As a consultant for DMR I was responsible for two development tool
implementation projects, leadership of a technical support and change control
team for the implementation of a casualty insurance policy management
application development project using 3 tier client/server technology.
I also served as a technical architect and team leader in designing and
implementing a legacy system code analysis tool. Additionally, I managed two
Y2K testing projects.
Senior Consultant, Cincom Systems Inc. 1993-1995
At Cincom I was responsible for delivering contract DBA services for relational
and network data base products, installing and demonstrating the features of a
suite of financial and manufacturing products, training clients in applications

databases. During 5 years with Cincom, I worked in numerous industries
