Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers

Implemented, and conducted training using a combination of textbooks, workbooks, video presentation, classroom and hands- on instruction and other methods in accordance with established commercial and local training programs to encompass changing needs of section supervisors

Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organization systems

Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents

Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents.

Identifies, prioritizes and formulates $300K Fitness program requirement budget

Coordinate conferences and meetings, complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments

Receive, screen and forward telephone calls, incoming mail/emails, publications and other correspondence

Prepare materials such presentations, spreadsheets, agendas and production of documents (binding, duplication, etc.)

Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities and business transactions.

Received payment and record receipts for services.

Run tour reception reports, manifests off CRS; verify tours for the day.

Assist in background research as requested.

Assign tours to each Representative and maintain sales rotation.

Complete government forms and assemble reports as required.
