my name is Bryan Baker. As you will see from my resume below I have over 15 years experience

working with the Oracle eBusiness Suite. My main area of

focus is Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) but I also have extensive experience with the core manufacturing applications from version 10.7

as internally to consultants.

and was conducted in 2 locations simultaneously on the East and West Coast.

- I worked for 13 months at two different locations during the implementation of the Oracle Financial

and Manufacturing applications at Cummins Engine Company.

- Lead Consultant for Application Configuration - Led 8 consultants, representing four pilot implementation

sites, through the discussions and decisions necessary to configure a 'common' application setup. This setup

was to be used as a starting configuration for each of the four pilot sites.

- Lead Manufacturing consultant at the Jamestown, N.Y. pilot site. Responsible for implementation efforts of

three consultants and five client implementation team members.

- Specifically responsible for the implementation of Product Costing and Production Planning.

Oracle Manufacturing Applications Implementation Team Member

- I was one of three team members charged with implementing the Oracle Manufacturing Applications

at Macklanburg-Duncan. This team was charged with configuring the Oracle Applications and deciding

how the company would need to change internal policies and procedures to best benefit from the Oracle software.

- I was responsible for Inventory, Bill of Material and Cost Accounting but all decisions were made as a team.

- As a member of this Oracle implementation team at Macklanburg-Duncan Co. I spent 10 months learning the Oracle

Manufacturing System and guiding the company through a successful implementation of the software and the BPR

activities needed to maximize the benefits of the new system.

- This implementation effort linked four M-D facilities in a multi-organization manufacturing application setup.

Macklanburg-Duncan

Industrial Engineering Manager

- I directed the activities of a four-person team. One of our most successful projects was to check,

correct and consolidate BOM's and Routings on 3200 finished good items. As a result of this project

the database was reduced from over 40,000 part numbers to 25,000 part numbers. This became an ongoing

focus for the department, to gather data and maintain a high level of accuracy for the corporate

manufacturing database containing parts master information, BOM's and Routings.

- I helped implement an auditing process to gauge and improve Bill of Material and Routing accuracy with

the goal being 95% accuracy as required for maximum benefit of any MRP system. The Cost Accounting

department acted as an impartial auditing group for this process.
