www.iMapia.com
Jan 5-Aug 7, 2007
> Created sets of extremely small fonts (called Tinyview
Microfonts) for mobile mapping application using an off the shelf product.
I always do that. iMapia for cellphones. font sets were created
using 360 degrees of angle to accommodate the curves and changing
directions of streets. The fonts retained their clarity despite being shrunk to
fit in the mobile cell phone application. This involved very time intensive and
detailed work.
> Took the old iMapia website and modernized it with new
layouts and features as well as turning it into a blog
> Installed a PHPBB forum to the site including adding security
to the sign up and posting process. Until that was done, hundreds of
spam messages needed to be manually removed daily.
> Performed search engine optimization and added Web 2.0
features to get the site on page one of Google (page 1 of Google for
primary search term “mobile mapping” as of 11 Sep 09,
showing the longevity and quality of my work)
> Handled all press releases and branding of the site including
working with a graphics company to produce a new logo

Releases can contain audio, video and text in any combination. RSS
distribution is automatic to disseminate the information across the
web very quickly and attract visitors. Social Bookmarking and
Technorati Keyword Tagging are built in.
> The site is WAP 2.0 compliant, which means that it can be
viewed on any compliant mobile device.
HealthyCoffee.ca
2003-Present
> HealthyCoffee.ca is on page one of Google for the primary
keyword phrase “healthy coffee”. It is also in the primary
hotspot position according to eye tracking studies.
> This was achieved by means of proprietary Search Engine
Optimization methods that are reliable at getting the top result for
any keyword phrase.
> Created a Google friendly affiliate system that allows
rotating of affiliate id’s and/or URL’s to allow the site to be used
as an affiliate rotator or co-op site.
