SUMMARY
I thrive on change and have seen much of it in my teaching career. I am continuously
learning to teach in three evolving learning environments: face-to-face, online, and
now inworld (immersive).
My research interests focus on how the virtual can enhance the actual (and vice versa)
when we learn and teach in online Web 2.0 and Web 3D virtual environments. My
primary focus is on how we can learn through literature and how we can use new
technologies and media to explore multiple realities and encourage critical literacy
and social justice.
