Owned and operated Kellenberger Builders for twenty six years. Hands on experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial construction including excavation, concrete work, welding,steel fabrication, steel erection, light gauge steel framing, suspended ceilings, drywall, commercial door and hardware installation, wood framing, casework, and trim work. Owned and operated a cabinet shop till 1997. As owner of the company, responsibilities included hiring, scheduling work and labor, estimating, print and submittal review, owner, contractor, and design team meetings and conferences, and issue resolution. Owned and operated excavation equipment, dump trucks and concrete forming equipment. A partial list of work completed follows:

Simpson Electric: (1985 - 2000) Repairs and reconstruction of steam, electrical, and communications tunnels following cave in. Re-construction of facade on four story concrete building. Construction of loading dock and warehouse facility. Various office build outs and large office renovations. Concrete parking lots, truck staging lots. Demo coal conveyance building, conveyor, and rebuild turbine room roof. Construction of roof and fascia on factory buildings, install jib cranes. Rebuilt 5 story fire escapes. Custom millwork for window sash to match period, and cabinetry to match existing.

Mcwhorter Technologies: (1985 - 1997) Renovations and additions in offices, cafeterias, washrooms, locker rooms, shower rooms, and laboratories. Build process buildings, electrical control buildings, explosion containment buildings. Extensive process floor replacement, road building, truck staging and parking lots, containment dikes, large equipment pads, and utility encasement projects. Excavated and installed piping for sewers, water mains, and soil remediation.

Cargill Chemical (1979 - 1985 when bought by Mcwhorter) Built office complex, reconstructed maintenance offices and laboratories. Built powder coatings complex, tank farm, remediation processing building and piping. Excavated trenches for fiber optics, electric transmission and communication wiring.

Oakcrest Nursing Home : (built out 4000 square foot basement for a recreation area, bar, kitchen, washrooms and future pharmacy. All framing, drywall and trim as well as custom built onsite casework, booths and bar were completed by myself Remodeled home for Alzheimer patient daycare.
