* Workers Comp & No Fault Billing

* Commercial & Blue Cross Billing

* Medicare IVR eligibility and claim status

* Medicaid ePaces eligibility and claim status

* Correspondence

* A/R Follow Up and Collections

* Reading Eob's

* Patient phone calls

* Posting Payments

* Review un-applied cash reports

* Denial Management

* Review and analyze reports to track trends

* Review Unbilled claim report

* Generate, prepare and view monthly reports for internal use and clients

* Balance and manage cash collections

* Prepare internal and client Month End reports

* Prepare Bad Debt reports and Financial Class write off reports

* Prepare and send legal files to collections agencies

* Daily interaction with clients

* Interact with IT department when any billing issues surfaced

* Write up program requests to enhance or change billing/report systems

* Manage a team of 10 employees

* Prepare potential new client proposals

I have billed facility and physicians claims within the following entities Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Radiology, Pain Management, Physical/Occupational therapy, Ambulatory Surgery and Pre-Surgical testing and clinic.
