My various responsibilities included implementation of SAP power for the manufacturing and workload centers.
Implemented `Lean Manufacturing` processes; for a 40% reduction in assembly area used, and upgraded to one-piece flow.
Project Leader of lean manufacturing in five assembly lines: reduced factory space, expenses and personnel needed whilst improving output in the lines.
Was in charge of layout of assembly and fabrication processes, and implemented 5`S programs throughout plant.
Established use of SMED in the fabrication process and used Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve processes, reduce wastage, as well as abbreviate internal supply chain and product quality control.
Customer complaints were reduced by changing assembly methods, implementing quality controls, and decreasing process error.
Member of `Transfer Team` in charge of moving Siemens El Paso`s plant to Siemens ITESA II, Juarez, Mexico.
