New Dallas Cowboys Stadium Dallas, TX 2006-Present

Accessology was selected as the accessibility consultant for the design and construction of the 1.1 billion dollar new Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Accessibility compliance throughout the project includes design consultation meetings, preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) final inspections, formation and oversight of a Disability Advisory Committee to supervise the project, and TDLR and state meetings.

The New Parkland Hospital - Dallas TX. 2009 - Present

Accessology was granted the privilege to provide the accessibility consulting for the design and construction for the New 1.27 billion dollar Parkland Hospital. This project consists of:

Emergency Room, Acute Tower, Trauma Tower, Women & Infant Tower, Women & Infant Clinic, Medicine Clinic, Multi level parking garage with 6,000 parking spaces.

2.5 million-square-foot Parkland health care campus, an 862 adult-bed full service acute care hospital (1.7 million SF), outpatient center (380,000 SF), office center (275,000 SF).

Airports

Love Field Modernization Program Dallas, TX

Accessology is currently serving as the accessibility consultant for the modernization of Love Field Airport. Accessibility compliance throughout the project will include design consultation meetings, preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Construction Costs: $196M

DFW Airport Terminal Development Program Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Accessology was selected to provide comprehensive access compliance consulting for a capital development program that includes the modernization of the four original Terminals (A, B, C and E). The four buildings together represent about 3.5 million square feet. Accessibility compliance throughout the project will include design consultation meetings, preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Construction Costs: $2B

DFW Airport International Terminal D Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

In 2000, Accessology was unanimously chosen as the accessibility consultant to partner with HKS on all phases of the new 2,000,000 square feet International Terminal D. This project required our expertise in all aspects, including design consultation, preliminary plan reviews and inspections, media planning and representation on the Disability Advisory Board. Our access team was subsequently presented the Innovator Award by the Dallas Mayor s Committee. Construction Costs: $1.2B

Education

University of North Texas - Denton, TX 2001-Present

Accessology has provided accessibility consulting on a variety of access issues, including a multi-phase full-campus assessment, comprising more than 60 buildings. Services provided have included design consultation meetings, preliminary review of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) final inspections.

University of Texas at San Antonio San Antonio Ongoing

Complete exterior campus assessment including analysis reports, site plan narratives, development of priorities and transition plan, as well as design consultation meetings, preliminary review of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) final inspections.

UT Austin Flawn Academic Center Austin, TX

Accessology performed a detailed condition assessment to identify deficiencies with respect to TAS codes for a planned renovation. Our firm has been asked to team with the architect group responsible for the renovation / project build occurring in 2009.

Texas A & M University College Station, TX Ongoing

UT Dallas Student Housing Living/Learning Center Dallas, TX 2008-2009

Accessology provided plan reviews at several pre-construction stages and at final CDs. Consulting continues during the project and a final TAS inspection will be performed upon construction completion. The client also requested reporting for the federal ABA and ADAAG codes.

Tarrant County College District, Downtown Campus Fort Worth, TX - Current

Accessology was chosen as the accessibility consultant for the design and construction of the new Downtown TCCD Campus, an innovative and ambitious multi-phase project. In addition, we are charged with assembling and coordinating a Disability Advisory Committee to oversee the project. Accessology also handles all plan review and inspection work for the existing four TCCD campuses.

Dallas Independent School District Dallas, TX 2003-2007

Accessology has been the recommended service provider to all architects in the DISD 2002 Bond Program. To date we have provided accessibility consulting services in 171 school projects, for more than 20 architectural firms. In assessing existing schools, it has been imperative to not provide a laundry list of violations, since not all could be remedied as part of this bond package. Our expertise in noting the high priority elements, specific to each school we assess, has been a critical tool in the school district s determination of where to spend limited funds.

Ft. Worth ISD Fort Worth, TX Ongoing

Accessology was chosen as the accessibility consultant to assess the schools and report all findings to Magellan, Inc. as part of the budgetary process for FWISD school bond program. All reports were completed and sent to our client ahead of planned schedules. As a result of this preliminary project, our firm has been included as the access compliance for the Fort Worth ISD 2006 Bond Program which is currently being implemented.

Collin County Justice Center 2005-Present

Accessology was selected to provide access consulting for this $46 million new construction County Justice Center consisting of courtrooms, detention spaces and administrative functions. Services provided included 50% CD, and final CD review, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Currently we are providing access consulting and services on a $32 million addition.

Las Cruses NM Federal Courthouse 2001-Present

Accessology performed accessibility consulting services for the project including review of all access design elements of the new courthouse at 50% CD, and 90% CD phases to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local codes and standards and site inspections to verify compliance during facility construction upon request.

Hunt County Courthouse & Gregg County Courthouse 2003-2007

Accessology performed state required plan review and inspection services for Hunt County Courthouse, as well as 124th and 307th District Courts in Gregg County.

City of Dallas TX 2000-Present

Methodist West Houston Hospital Houston TX 2008 - Present

Accessology was chosen to be the accessibility consultant for this new 192-bed hospital, imaging center and physicians building to serve residents in west Houston. Accessology attended design consultation meetings and provided preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (throughout all phases of construction) and final inspections.

Children s Medical Center Plano, TX 2006-2008

Accessology was selected as the preferred accessibility provider for this new hospital featuring 36 beds, 4 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 24-7 emergency services, and full-service laboratory, pharmacy and imaging services. Services included preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (throughout all phases of construction) and final inspections.

Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center Thousand Oaks, CA

Accessology was chosen by Perkins + Will architectural firm to be the accessibility resource for Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center, Regional Medical Center of San Jose, and Riverside Community Hospital in California. The projects are currently in the initial stages of plan review.

The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano, TX 2003

Accessology was chosen as the accessibility provider to complete all plan reviews and inspections on this 198,000 square foot, 68-bed cardiovascular facility on 4.9 acres in Plano.
