Designed, developed and implemented daily lessons for 130 students in weapons handling, weapons maintenance and weapons parts identification.

Created Instructor, student, testing guides for a Instructor Development Course, focused on introducing Instructional skills to new training personnel in order to produce Quality Military Instructors.

Implemented Tactical Movement Team (TMT), program for convoy support and security in combat areas of responsibility to combat Improvised Explosive Device threats, ambushes, and random attacks on U.S. Mechanized Forces.

Program Management:

Instructing:

As 200M, and 25M range captain he supervised the instruction and qualification of over 3600 personnel with NO safety issues .

Volunteered Numerous off duty hours to assist California State Parks Personnel and FBI in weapons qualifications.

Instructed over 130 personnel of the fundamentals of weapons handling, weapons maintenance, and marksmanship, of current SOCOM TOA inventory, with 100 percentage qualification and raising marksmanship scores on an average of 8 points.

Assisted in the instruction of six NAVSCIATTS Field Training Exercises evaluating classes on Riverine warfare, and Coastal warfare.

Practical Experience:

Designated as Tactical Movement Team Sharpshooter, engaged three separate hostile targets using the Barrett M82A1 weapon at a distance of over 800M, eliminating enemy sniper threats between Fallujah and Ar Ramadi Iraq, opening Main Supply Route for much needed supplies and materials to continue the War on Terrorism in that region of Iraq.

Developed interesting course plans to meet contingent and non contingent training for a 610 U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion.
