LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

* Ensured the on time completion of 100 percent of all training requirements for Plans, Exercises, Policies, and Programs personnel above standards for both individual readiness and executive level management.

* Handled a $25M budget while being responsible for 350 personnel

* Managed a $2 million annual customer reimbursements program ensuring zero Fraud, Waste & Abuse

* Coordinated with upper and executive-level management to ensure synchronization of logistics requirements for a practice exercise at an overseas location with outstanding results
