Ensure that the sales, battery, dispatch and safety divisions of the organization run smoothly with minimum risk. Oversee Company equipment updates and maintenance scheduling, company relationship building and enhancements. HR support and development while managing other managers and leaders within the organization. Margin and percentage overviews company monthly/yearly projections, profit loss prevention. Disciplinary document writing and updating, company policy enforcement..

Other responsibilities are to maintain the automotive division, shop flow, client challenges and profit increases, sales and technician development.
