Provider Compliance Manager for Contract Manager: Bureau of Long Term Care Services and Supports

Managed and directed provider activities for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Administered Home and Community Based Waiver Programs to assure the health and welfare of the beneficiaries receiving services. Sanctioned agency and non-agency providers who violated the Ohio Administrative Code rules for the program. Initiated proposed adjudication to terminate provider agreements. Provided expert Medicaid witness testimony in provider hearings and Medicaid Fraud court proceedings. Launched and managed the program's Incident Management Program, including death investigations of beneficiaries who died under suspicious circumstances.
