Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, collections, and human resources functions. Dual reporting to Corporate Controller and division President.

- Oversaw the administrative challenges of this entity which grew from 14 to 30 offices in less than two years. Customer accounts grew from 80,000 to in excess of 200,000 in same time frame.

- Directed the development of an automated sales commission calculation system for a 400 employee sales force which virtually eliminated commission payroll errors and simultaneously reduced administrative costs.

- Analyzed existing credit approval criteria, advocated for and obtained Corporate approval of a more lenient credit granting model. This relaxation of credit criteria resulted in a approximately 18% higher credit approval and sales volume, with less than 4% increase in bad debt expense and an overall profitability increase of 15% per annum.
