I am a 19 year old freshman college student at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. I am currently a student pilot studying for my Associates Degree and I'm looking for an entry level job. I will be in college for two and a half years (five semesters) to complete my flight training. I have been wanting to be a pilot since I was in sixth grade, so I am finally living my dream, and I will be living it even more when I finally get a job as a pilot, whether it be a cargo, charter, executive or airline pilot. I am currently undecided as to whether or not I will be transferring to a four year college to obtain a higher level of education in the aviation field. When it comes to work, I am serious, I do my best to get the job done right, I am trustworthy and I pay attention to what I am told to do. I also have great communication skills that will be valuable when interacting with customers and everyone else in general. I think I would be a great asset to your team.

I am a student pilot working towards an Associates Degree at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College as I've mentioned previously. I have a ground school class at Mountain Top Aviation located at Johnstown-Cambria County Airport and I schedule flight time with my instructor on days I am free from class or days where I have classes that still allow me to gain some flight time.

Affiliations

I am in an organization committee at my college. Some other students and I have gotten together at my college and organized a Halloween dance and a haunted house. We made the event official and made it known to the public community at school. We also made some educational videos in the miniature auditorium at the college. I was also a member of a video supporting gay, bisexual and lesbian students at Pennsylvania Highlands.
