Accomplishments

Have had the pleasure of working for various concrete construction companies over the years in five different states. Have been in Iowa since 1995. Learned various techniques from various finishers and laborers. Have worked in union as well as non union atmospheres. I know how to motivate experienced as well as non experienced individuals to give and become the best they can be at a not so appreciated but respected occupation. I have a work smarter (safer) not harder mentality. No misconceptions. I do work hard and train others to do likewise but in a way that we can all return to work healthy the next day. I have been OHSA 10 hour certified and I am also certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as a competent concrete finisher.

Straight edge or screed board operation. Sealing of concrete surfaces whether it be broom or trowel finish (by hand and or machine).
