Senior Global Commodity Leader - MRO

Strategically manage a $350M MRO spend to drive YOY and Productivity savings while also improving yearly cash flow. This effort includes leveraging and consolidating spend throughout 1400 Manufacturing, Repair and Operations, Production, and Sourcing sites within GE Energy (ex. Thermal, Aero, Wind, Water, Solar, and Nuclear), Energy Services, and New Acquisitions (Americas, Canada, and Mexico). Led/Drove $57M hard savings in less than 17 months by defining, measuring, and increasing cost savings opportunities through cohesive communication and strong teamwork initiatives.

Sourcing Program Leader

Managed $60M Indirect Material/Services, and $25M Plant & Equipment. Responsible for Global Nuclear Fuels MRO, Plant & Capital Equipment and Tooling (CAPEX), Bulk Gases, and Quality Development Programs. Managed Indirect site suppliers. Created/implemented plans to achieve project approvals, development and implementations of large movements of personnel and equipment.
