Bitcentral is a recognized innovator of news content production, distribution and aggregation technology solutions. Developing enterprise software and as an OEM hardware integrator and reseller position Bitcentral as a preferred technology partner for 25% of the top 50 TV new broadcasters. Bitcentral has evolved into a digital media content management and production systems provider. Bitcentral is privately owned and produces $15 million annually. Our manufacturing operation built, tested sold and serviced over 500 HP servers per year. I was hired to build a scalable infrastructure, optimize performance, increase shareholder value, increase profits value and to prepare for a strategic exit event.

Responsibilities: As COO, responsible for company P&L performance, organic and M&A growth, customer deliverables, strategic partnerships, and fulfilling corporate vision along with direct management of Software Development, IT, Customer Support, Training, Vendor Relations (OEM), Business Development, Product Management and Sales & Marketing. Completely reengineered all aspects of operations to manufacture and support enterprise technology that is 70% hardware and 30% software.

Successes:

* Grew the company by more than 100% and did not increase support costs

* Standardized hardware platforms and 3rd party component configurations

* Terminated outsource integrator and built a production manufacturing operation in-house to control quality and costs. Negotiated production component agreements as OEM.

Managed P&L and day-to-day operations for $30+ million enterprise software company. Direct reports included engineering, sales, service, QA and IT.
