Network Engineer II January 2007 - Present

Sprint Nextel, Columbus, Ohio

Design, implement, and manage converged networks for clients of Sprint Nextel`s Managed IP Telephony service. These duties are performed at the Tier III level where the scope is enterprise wide. Daily activities include, but are not limited to; trouble ticket management of enterprise level problems, engineering of IP Telephony solutions, security monitoring and response, documentation of network changes, and implementation of new VOIP services.
