Director of Strategic Partnerships July 2002 - April 2011

Logos Bible Software, Bellingham, Washington

Established partnerships at the executive level with major organizations, distance learning providers, colleges and universities in the Christian market. These relationships encouraged the use of Logos technology and services to meet client objectives. These objectives included revenue generation, development of resources for education and training, and delivery of content using more cost effective digital technology.

This role was created for Mr. Bryant to leverage his skills in business and marketing management, his many years of experience in digital publishing, and comfort with C-level sales opportunities. Since most of these organizations did not have competencies in marketing, sales or product management, the process required a consultant approach.

He worked directly with top executives in strategic sessions to understand organizational objectives and discuss ways to add value with technology. The process included the identification of market opportunities and problems; review of possible solutions; planning for product, development, staffing, and delivery; and client training in the use and sale of newly developed solutions.

Senior Vice President Sept 1996 - March 2002

Biblesoft, Seattle, Washington

Recruited a second time to Biblesoft for a new role. Mr. Bryant became Sr. V.P. at Biblesoft in 1996 and the public face of the company. In that position he was responsible for strategic planning, recruitment of a management team, and general management of day to day operations. Mr. Bryant was also responsible for marketing, sales, product management, and public relations. He successfully maneuvered the company back into the top position in the retail channel and maintained that leadership in the market throughout his service. The company released 3 new versions of their popular library product, PC Study Bible, and many eBooks during these years.

Marketing & Sales Manager June 1995 - July 1996

White Harvest Software, Raleigh, North Carolina

Mr. Bryant was recruited for this Integrated Systems Solutions Corp. (IBM) venture to manage the marketing and sales roll-out of a new product into the Bible software market. Leveraging long standing relationships, Mr. Bryant successfully launched the product into the Christian retailer market to become the top selling Bible software product in Christian retailers for fall and Christmas retail seasons. But in spite of successful sales, IBM chose to back out of its agreement with the company and the owner was forced to sell his product to his distributor.

Mr. Bryant was responsible for development of the marketing plan and management of all product, marketing and sales programs to make Biblesoft the leader in the Christian retailer channel by the end of 1993.

Raima is a database development tools company established in 1982, and became a member of INC. 500 fastest growth corporations in the late 1980's. Mr. Bryant served as the product manager from 86-91 and managed the flagship product along with two new products and a training service. From 1986-87, Mr. Bryant also managed all sales staff and programs.
