than $200K (>20% of total revenue). Accomplished this through strategic relationship-based marketing, innovative
programming and higher pricing, eliminating unprofitable programs, and first-ever financial analysis and budget. Reduced
staff by two personnel without union grievances.
Won multiple teaching awards from both MBAs and undergraduate students in the areas of leadership, organizational
