Led a $250M Food and Facilities service team with full P&L responsibility, comprised of 250 private, archdiocese and public schools ranging from Maine - Florida.
SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
* Increased Revenue and EBITA by 8% and 30% year over year by increasing the Free and Reduced Student segment by 20%.
* Created a Cost Model that focused on reducing labor, food and direct expenses on a per meal basis. Field leaders reduced cost by an average of 5% in each expense category driving profitability and productivity.
