ARAMARK is a $13 Billion dollar privately held international company providing professional services, food services, facilities management and career apparel to health care institutions, universities, school districts, stadiums, arenas and businesses. Led a $250M Food and Facilities service team with full P&L responsibility, comprised of 250 private, archdiocese and public schools ranging from Maine - Florida.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

* Increased Revenue and EBITA by 8% and 30% year over year by increasing the Free and Reduced Student segment by 20%.

* Created a Cost Model that focused on reducing labor, food and direct expenses on a per meal basis. Field leaders reduced cost by an average of 5% in each expense category driving profitability and productivity.

* Due to severe enrollment declines, restructured the food process for the Archdiocese by reducing staffing, streamlining the food production process and redesigning menu options to grow EBIT 15% over prior year.
