Employment history of two years consist of clients in their homes, retirement facilities, with one on one client and multiple client care. I have worked with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care.

Clean background/ drug test/ finger print, Hep B shot and TB test clean.
Qualifications:
Ambulate assist, transfers, turn and position in bed, incontinent care/bed pan or urinal, Diabetes blood test, wound care, administer and or assist with medications re-order and fill prescriptions, vitals, dress/ personal hygiene/ shower assist, bed side commode, nebulizer/ oxygen tanks, hospice care, range of motion, errands, prepare/ serve/ feed meal and banking, pay bills for clients.
I'm currently working for IHSS and Independent.
