Global Business Process Lead supporting Kraft Foods SAP Spend Performance Management Project focused on the streamlining and coordination of global spend requirements. A broad operational career spanning eighteen years and all facets of procurement and related supply chain activities for this $37B global provider of telecommunications products. Key career assignments and role progression included:

Totally Integrated Global Electronics Requisitioning System (TIGERS) Program 1998-2001 A three-year project with multiple assignments focused on all aspects of the order to pay procurement process. Initially nominated to this team to analyze spend and commodities from a divisional level, reviewed global needs and worked with small cross-functional team to establish Indirect web-based software implementation, served as the commodity/negotiation expert to assist in global contract negotiations with later emphasis focused on e-process characterization and web-based solutions providing global impact. Final plan reduced overall operating costs $20M/year.

Global eBusiness Process Manager

Appointed to establish a project plan and defined scope for a Global Ariba eCommerce Procurement System. Worked closely with a team of Purchasing Managers, Global Project Managers and other key stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Defined global contract terms and conditions, shipping requirements, and payment strategy improving profitability.

Identified inconsistencies within key processing procedures and developed common practices and policies that were approved and adopted globally.
