cost of reconstruction of losses incurred by an affiliated insurance

company. Began in 1992 with Hurricane Andrew in South Central

Lousiana. Reduced the proof of loss and the insurance companies

adjuster's expected payout by nearly Ten Million dollars. Subsequently
