I am confident that I could bring valuable management, sales, logistic, training and human resources skills to your company. My background includes 20 years of successful development and management of hyper-growth companies through positive sales, management and technological skills. I offer particular expertise in growth, efficiencies, training, customer satisfaction, and employee motivation.

I previously managed my company's Residential Delivery program, which covers four states and multiple warehouse terminals and delivery points. The majority of my drivers were Independent Contractors who I have hired, trained and managed weekly. In Washington alone, I micro-managed over 120 routes that delivered over 30,000 individual orders every two weeks. I communicated with our customer's District Managers, assisting with delivery issues, changes and concerns. I processed delivery manifests and routings for each Washington terminal along with optimizing routes for efficiency. I created all of the companies reporting processes and accountability matrixes and update them weekly. I communicated with our customer's transportation department daily to provide delivery change requests and other data as required.

Prior to that, I managed a local franchise of a junk removal company in Seattle. Before my taking over management, this franchise had been stagnate for several years. I grew the company 52% my first year, 92% my second year and 75% in my third year, with a 21% net profit each year. I accomplished this growth through a detailed and directed multi-level guerilla-marketing plan and increased commercial account awareness. I trained all employees and held on-going weekly educational rounds on pricing and sales tactics, including closing skills and customer service "WOW"s. I attended trade shows and realtor team meetings throughout the Seattle Metro area promoting the franchise.

I also spent several years with a national Copy/Print chain as a Recover and Restore Manager, going into non-profitable stores and making them profitable within six to nine months. I achieved this by building powerful and dynamic teams, establishing superior quality control systems, and revamping production systems, along with re-establishing the confidence of the store's customer base, including all commercial accounts. I trained incoming Store Managers in all store processes, including human resources, inventory control, scheduling, customer service and guerilla- marketing tactics. I also helped the assigned Commercial Account Managers transition into the store's accounts.

I am extremely proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, MapPoint, ACT, AV Router, Adobe products and other business and publishing software. I have been a Microsoft Beta tester for nearly twenty years. I currently enjoy writing and serving as PTA President and Legislative Chair at my children's elementary school, serving on the Tacoma School Districts Superintendent/Parent Advisory Board, serving on the Transitions Task Force for the Foundation for Tacoma Schools, serving on the Resolution Committee for the Washington State PTA and on the Early Childhood Education Committee at my church.
