Director for Harrington Industrial Plastics, in recognition for outstanding contribution
during the companys software conversion. Managed $3M budget and directed all aspects of
the analysis, design, implementation, training and support for a multi- warehouse

expansion.
Migrated the companys legacy technology to a standards based, off the shelf distribution
application. In the process of migration I was responsible for the design, implementation
and maintenance of the companys first intrastate frame relay WAN. The WAN was the
infrastructure that implemented the companys first JIT real time inventory systems. The
conversion from batch to JIT saved the company an estimated $1.3 million in inventory over
