Us Army Infantry Platoon Sergeant

The Platoon Sergeant runs the day-to-day activities of the platoon. He is the doer. The Platoon Sergeant resources and coordinates supplies. The Platoon Sergeant also handles maintenance, takes care of Soldier issues and focuses on individual training for his soldiers. The Platoon Sergeant is the disciplinarian too. When there are soldiers issues, he works directly with his Squad Leaders and Team Leaders to handle the issue. Simply put, the Platoon Sergeant is the backbone of the Platoon
