I am 39 years old and I have held almost every job in the restaurant industry. I have a passion for cooking and would like to work under a classically trained or seasoned chef. I do have a little experience in the kitchen from a professional standpoint. I will work for at least minimum wage. I hope to increase that number as my experience, through my training warrants.
