I am a 40 year old man, my fiance' and I have a 9 month old daughter, and we need a place to stay as soon as possible.

I have extensive experience in many fields and would be willing to trade labor for housing,motel room/apt., virtually anything would be considered! CHAMBANA preferred.

I am willing to work 30 to 40 hours labor a week, depending on the job description and terms. NO SCAMS or SECRET SHOPPERS or ONLINE JOBS, JUST LOOKING FOR REAL WORK

This is very serious to me, as the thought of being homeless or living in seperate shelters from my family sickens me.

NO DRINKING OR DRUGS! NO excuses - at all, we are just a struggling family that due to a major fire have lost everything and it has just gotten worse from there. I am also an accomplished artist that has sold my work worldwide, this is what I will be doing for extra cash and expense money if none is included in the work-for-rent contract.

We currently have a house in Danville that has been loaned to us, but, due to the roof being in serious decline and the massive amounts of mold growing, no furnace as well, we need to move asap.

I have worked:

Various factory assembly jobs

Maintenance at Best Western

Short order cook/ DJ - the first half of this year

Housekeeping at Days Inn

Basic Carpentry and Laboring Skills

Masonry and finishing

Commercial mowing for Marathon

Dietary Aide, etc
