A small design studio specializing in Residential Design, Sustainable Systems Consulting, Construction
Management and Project Owner Representative.
Current projects range from; small single family homes, additions and renovations, sustainable systems, high end
custom home design and construction supervision. I have successful experience with Public Hearings in front of
Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission for developments in The Historic District and for Special
Use Permits in Taos County for Steep Slope and Commercial Use Variances.
