Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Engineer/ Systems
Turnover Coordinator / Regulatory Compliance Manager for
GenOn at the 860MW Simple Cycle Marsh Landing project in Antioch,
CA. Duties/Responsibilities include the following:
. Responsible for performance oversight of EPC contractor's
Quality Control activities at the construction site of Marsh
Landing Generating Station Project. Implements mechanical,
electrical, I&C, civil, receiving related and specialty QC
inspection programs to oversee, monitor, evaluate and
determine the adequacy, compliance and acceptability of
construction quality progress during the execution of the
project. Continuously monitors site construction activities
to ensure that quality objectives are effectively being met.
. Project Compliance Manager Responsible for Maintence of all
Compliance submittals of conditions of certification,
Management of field teams responsible for Biology,
Palentology, Cultural, Air Quality, water and storm quality,
maintence of Permits and liason to CEC (California Energy
Commission) during Construction and Commishining phases of

(hard and electronic copy)
. Request the system boundary identification, EPC contractor
commissioning administration guideline
. Verify that all P&IDs, single lines, and plot plans are
incorporated in the commissioning administration guideline
and provide feedback of findings to Site Construction Manager
. Participate in the review of the following lists for
completeness and accurate scoping, and provide feedback to
GenOn Site Manager as appropriate:
