Consulting Practice
Erickson Consulting, Inc provides technical assistance to land trusts and other land conservation
organizations in two main arenas: organizational development and landscape planning. Erickson
has particular expertise in private land protection and the conservation of open, working land.
Consulting services include:
Providing Standards and Practices assessments for land trusts
Helping land trusts prepare for accreditation by the Land Trust Accreditation
Commission
Assisting in the preparation of organizational policies and procedures
Developing strategic land conservation plans
Facilitating strategic planning processes
Writing landscape management plans in collaboration with local organizations and
landowners
