-2002: Developed and maintained a health insurance and benefits information
system for an outside clients employees utilizing SAP/HR. Not only did I write
ABAP code, I was responsible for much of the mainframe support including CA7
scheduling through UniCenter, archiving, file transfers, print and specialized
file handling utilizing EZTRIEVE and SyncSort. I am very knowledgeable in the
area of various techniques and constraints in batch processing of large volumes
within SAP.

1996
-1998: Provided support for two clients employee health insurance and
benefits information systems on the mainframe. Assisted in the conversion of
these systems over to SAP in the fall of 1998 along with supporting the
insurance open enrollment that was going on concurrently. I worked with SAP
staff to identify and set up all the batch JCL needed to drive updates, reports
and extracts; worked with internal and external CA7 support staff to implement
cross platform (mainframe and UNIX) scheduling of all daily jobs through CA7.

-1996: Long Term Savings Plan Record Keeping System for AT&T
Worked on system from inception and initial development then into major
enhancement releases and finally through de-conversion to new record-keepers.
This was a large, complicated system.

Overall: Throughout my employment at Convergys, I have worked with business
analysts, functional/requirements analysts and the quality assurance testers as
well as both internal and external clients. There were times I was the only
developer on a project and other times I was working with a group of
developers. I have acted as a lead developer, coordinating the work of others
on the staff. As the need has arisen, I have also written specification
documents for both new programs and enhancements to existing programs.
