The following is a consolidated overview of my career that covers: (1) promotions and equivalent job titles in civilian terms; and (2) a summarized list of most relevant job-related responsibilities and achievements by position:

Recruiting Supervisor (2009 - Present)

* Directed all aspects of recruiting operations through the effective leadership, motivation, management, coaching, performance evaluations, and goal setting for a team of eight recruiters.

* Generated a 66% reduction in new applicant cancellations, inspired the department to achieve 110% of the signed goal, and led three recruiters to win the "Silver Award" for overall performance in 2012.

* Led the department to winning the 2010 "Standard of Excellence Award", achieved 150% of goal for qualifying new applicants for highest level program, and developed four recruiters to receive coveted Senior Recruiter designation.

* Produced outstanding results in 2009 by achieving 146% of goal and increased the squadron's ranking to #5 out of 24 locations during first year.

Applicant Processing Supervisor (2005 - 2009)

* Managed the successful operations for the new applicant processing center that involved supervising/training staff members, monitoring the recruiting information system, verifying that new applicants met enlistment standards, department budget allocation, and overseeing all aspects of Department administration.

* Finished 2008 with #1 ranking out of 27 locations, won 2008 "Squadron SNCO of the Quarter" award, won "Top Large Military Entrance Processing Station" in 2008, and achieved 182% of goal in "difficult-to-fill" positions for 2007.

* Implemented leadership efforts that saved $35,000 by internally processing new applicant health screenings and resulted in the location receiving "Recruiting Service Standard of Excellence" in 2006.

Recruiter (2001 - 2005)

Network Administrator (1997 - 2001)

* Directed the operations of department and computer technicians providing technical services for the Local Area Network, information systems, personal computers, and other audio, visual and peripheral technology.
